The invention provides a recycled material terrace brick and a preparation method thereof. Raw materials comprise a cementing material and aggregate, and the recycled material terrace brick is characterized in that the cementing material accounts for 25%-50% of the total mass of the raw materials, the aggregate accounts for 50%-75% of the total mass of the raw materials, the cementing material comprises the following components: red mud, petroleum coke desulfurization ash, carbide slag, slag powder, water glass and sodium sulfate, and the aggregate is river sand. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials in proportion for later use; drying and grinding the red mud, the petroleum coke desulfurization ash and the carbide slag, uniformly mixing the previous raw materials with the slag powder, adding the river sand to obtain a uniformly mixed mixture, putting the mixture into a mortar stirring container, adding a proper amount of water, stirring, pouring, molding, placing indoors for 20-30 hours, demolding, and maintaining for 25-30 days. Waste resources are utilized, environmental pollution can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the terrace brick is reduced. The preparation method is rapid, simple and suitable for large-scale industrial production.
本发明提供了一种再生材料地坪砖及其制备方法,原料包括胶凝材料和骨料,其特点是:胶凝材料为原料总质量的25%~50%,骨料为原料总质量的50%~75%,胶凝材料中各组分包括:赤泥、石油焦脱硫灰渣、电石渣、矿渣粉、水玻璃及硫酸钠;骨料为河沙。制备方法是:按配比称取上述原料备用;将赤泥、石油焦脱硫灰渣及电石渣进行烘干和粉磨,与矿渣粉混合均匀,再加入河砂,得到混合均匀的混合料后,放入砂浆搅拌容器后加适量水搅拌,浇筑成型,放置在室内20‑30小时后拆模,然后,养护至25‑30天即可。废料资源得到利用,能够减少环境污染,降低地坪砖制造成本;其制备方法快速、简单,适用于大规模工业化生产。
