The invention discloses a multicolor glazed tile preparation method capable of saving printing ink. The multicolor glazed tile preparation method comprises the following steps: uploading various pieces of pattern information to a distribution system and an ink-jet printer; preparing a first powder material and a second powder material, and mixing the second powder material with a pigment to obtaina plurality of surface material powder materials; enabling a material distribution system to distribute the materials according to the pattern information to form a powder aggregate; pressing to obtain a green body; and forming a mark on the side surface of the green body, drying the green body, applying a ground coat, reading the mark, printing a corresponding decorative pattern, applying a cover coat, and firing. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses a multicolor glazed tile. By implementing the preparation method, the ink-jet printing ink can be saved by 70% or above, the raw material cost is reduced, and meanwhile, a good decorative effect can be ensured.
本发明公开了一种节省打印墨水的多彩釉面砖制备方法，其包括将多种图案信息上传至布料系统和喷墨打印机；制备第一粉料和第二粉料，并将第二粉料与色料混合，得到多种面料粉料；布料系统根据图案信息布料，形成粉料集合体；压成得到生坯；在生坯侧面形成标记，烘干生坯，施底釉，读取标记，并打印相应的装饰图案，施面釉，烧成。相应的，本发明还公开了一种多彩釉面砖。实施本发明，可节省喷墨打印墨水70％以上，降低原料成本，同时还可保证良好的装饰效果。
