The invention provides a preparation method of an antibacterial material based on the surface of a silicate matrix. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation of a matrix with asurface having high surface energy; shower-coating of an inorganic salt solution; shower-coating of a reducing solution; reacting; and cleaning. According to the invention, an in-situ synthesis method is utilized to continuously generate nano-silver or nano-zinc under a non-planar continuous condition, and the nano-silver or nano-zinc is attached to and deposited on the defects on the surface ofthe matrix and is combined with the defects to form an antibacterial layer, so the antibacterial layer is not easy to fall off from the matrix and good in antibacterial performance. The invention further discloses the antibacterial material based on the silicate matrix surface and prepared by adopting the method. The preparation process is simple, process parameters are easy to control, and the antibacterial property of the obtained antibacterial material is good.
本发明提供一种基于硅酸盐基体表面的抗菌材料的制备方法,包括具有高表面能的表面的基体制作、无机盐溶液淋涂、还原液淋涂、反应及清洗步骤,本发明利用原位合成的方法,在非面连续的条件下,持续生成纳米银或纳米锌,纳米银或纳米锌且着附、沉积在基体表面的缺陷上并与之结合形成抗菌层,抗菌层不易从基体上脱落,抗菌性能好。本发明还公开一种采用上述方法获得基于硅酸盐基体表面的抗菌材料,制备工艺精简、工艺参数容易控制且所得抗菌材料的抗菌性能好。
