The invention provides a silicon PU, a polyurea elastomer, a water-based finish paint composite spherical surface layer and a construction method. According to the technical scheme, a composite surface layer structure formed by matching a silicon PU court material, a polyurea elastomer and water-based finish paint is adopted; the silicon PU material is used as a bottom layer, the thickness is increased; the polyurea elastomer is sprayed on the silicon PU material, so that the high resilience rate is provided, the physical performance of the court material is improved, and high wear resistanceand high resilience are achieved; and then the surface of the polyurea elastomer is coated with water-based finish paint with various colors according to technological requirements. The silicon PU material is used as the bottom layer, the polyurea elastomer is used as the reinforcing layer, and the water-based finish paint is used as the color layer, so that the novel spherical surface layer whichis good in weather resistance, high in rebound rate, excellent in performance and ultra-long in service life is obtained. The service life exceeds 10 years; meanwhile, excellent physical properties are kept, the defects that a common court is short in service life, poor in resilience, not resistant to abrasion, prone to pulverization and the like are effectively overcome, and the knee joint safety and body health of athletes are fully protected.
