The invention provides a tie bar mounting and tensioning method. The tie bar mounting and tensioning method comprises the steps of arranging a first winch and a second winch at the two ends of the tiebar mounting position correspondingly; pulling one end of a tie bar to be mounted into a corresponding first pre-buried hole channel through the first winch and then continuously pulling out by a preset length, and then pulling the other end of the tie bar to be mounted back into a corresponding second pre-buried hole channel through the second winch; repeating the above steps to complete threading of all tie bars according to a preset sequence; performing a tension test on the tie bar to be tensioned according to a preset tension force, and correcting the actual requirements of the tie bar to be tensioned on the tension force and the extension amount; and tensioning the tie bar to be tensioned according to the corrected tensioning force and extension amount. According to the tie bar mounting and tensioning method provided by the invention, the mounting of the tie bar can be rapidly completed through cooperation of the two winches, and the construction efficiency is improved; and secondly, the tensioning force and the extension amount of the tie bar are corrected through a tensioning test, and it can be guaranteed that the tensioning of the tie bar meets the design requirement.
本发明提供一种系杆的安装及张拉方法,包括以下步骤:在系杆安装位置的两端分别设置第一卷扬机和第二卷扬机;通过第一卷扬机将待安装系杆的一端牵入与其对应的第一预埋孔道后继续牵拉出预设长度,再通过第二卷扬机将待安装系杆的另一端往回牵拉至与其对应的第二预埋孔道内;重复上述步骤按照预设顺序完成所有系杆的穿索;根据预设的张拉力对待张拉系杆进行张拉试验并修正待张拉系杆对张拉力和引伸量的实际要求;按照修正后的张拉力和引伸量对待张拉系杆进行张拉。本发明提供的系杆的安装及张拉方法通过两台卷扬机的配合可快速完成系杆的安装,提高施工效率。其次,通过张拉试验修正系杆对张拉力和引伸量,可保证系杆的张拉满足设计要求。
