Large-span steel truss girder cable hanging device and method
The invention relates to a large-span steel truss girder cable hanging device and method which are used for installing a stay cable of a whole-hole lifting appliance to a lower anchor beam of a steeltruss girder. The device comprises a support structure which is fixed on the surface of a lower anchor beam of a steel truss girder, a counter-force seat fixed at one end of the support structure, a deflecting pulley fixed at the other opposite end of the support structure, and a steel wire rope traction machine. One end of the steel wire rope traction machine is connected with the counter-force seat, the other end of the steel wire rope traction machine is connected with the deflecting pulley through a steel wire rope, the deflecting pulley is used for driving the steel wire rope to extend orretract, and a hook is arranged at the tail end of the steel wire rope and used for hanging the stay cable and pulling an anchor head of the stay cable to the lower anchor beam. According to the large-span steel truss girder cable hanging device and method, a stay cable does not need to be mounted or dismounted through an overwater floating crane, floating crane resources are saved, the construction safety risk is reduced, and the stay cable mounting period is shortened.
