The invention discloses a box girder web reinforcing structure and a box girder web reinforcing method. The box girder web reinforcing structure comprises a web, a perforated steel plate, a reinforcing anchor rod, anchor bolts, rectangular steel pad drill holes and structural adhesives. A plurality of drill holes are formed in the web, and the reinforcing anchor rod is perpendicular to the web andarranged in the drill holes. The perforated steel plate is tightly attached to the web and fixed to one side of a box girder cavity, and holes allowing the reinforcing anchor rod to pass through areformed in the perforated steel plate. The anchor bolts are connected to the two ends of the reinforcing anchor rod through threads, and the diameters of through holes of the anchor bolts are the sameas that of the reinforcing anchor rod.
