The invention discloses a combined type road surface ice breaking and removing device, which comprises a fixing frame, wherein the top parts of the two sides of the inner wall of the fixing frame arefixedly connected with a first air cylinder and a second air cylinder correspondingly, pistons of the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are fixedly connected with a first fixing block anda second fixing block correspondingly, a push rod is fixedly connected to the side, which is close to the second fixing block, of the first fixing block, the end, which is away from the first fixingblock, of the push rod is fixedly connected with the second fixing block, and a supporting rod is fixedly connected to the part, which is located on one side of the first air cylinder, of the inner wall of the fixing frame, two ends of the supporting rod are rotatably connected with connecting rods in a penetrating mode, slotted holes are formed in one ends of the connecting rods, and the push rods penetrate through the slotted holes and are slidably connected with the inner walls of the slotted holes. The combined type road surface ice breaking and removing device can fully break an ice layer, is better in ice removing effect, can avoid the ice leakage phenomenon caused by curling of an ice shoveling claw, can protect the ice shoveling claw, and is longer in service life.
