The invention discloses a tube pile positioning and supporting device capable of being aligned conveniently. The tube pile positioning and supporting device comprises a pedestal, a fixing base, a limiting groove and a telescopic cylinder. The middle position of the outside of the pedestal is connected with fixing pins through first torsional springs. The top ends of the fixing pins are arranged atthe bottom positions of pressing rings, and limiting rods are arranged above the pressing rings. The top ends of fixing rods are connected with clamping blocks. A through hole is formed in the middleof the fixing base and the pedestal in a through mode, and reserved grooves are inlaid into the outer side of the fixing base. Fixing shafts are fixedly installed in the middles of the reserved grooves. According to the tube pile positioning and supporting device capable of being aligned conveniently, the pressing rings can drive the fixing pins at the bottoms of the pressing rings to be clampedwith the ground when moving downwards, so that the fixing work of the whole device is completed; and by matching the limiting rods above the pressing rings, the positions of the pressing rings can befixed, and the position of the whole device can be fixed conveniently.
