The invention discloses a device and method for crushing slag at the bottom of a large-size pile hole after a steel reinforcement cage is placed. The device comprises the steel reinforcement cage, a grouting guide pipe and a traction rope, and a barrel is suspended on the traction rope; a cross beam is arranged at the top of the barrel and is clamped into a bayonet of a first limiting ring of thegrouting guide pipe; a main motor is arranged in the barrel, and a rotating body is arranged at the lower end of an output shaft of the main motor; and the rotating body comprises an upper rotating disc and a lower rotating disc, and at least three groups of folding knives are circumferentially distributed between the two rotating discs. The method is characterized in that the grouting guide pipeand the slag crushing device descend, after a lower rotary disc cushion block of the device makes contact with the bottom, an upper rotary disc continues to descend, two elastic pieces conduct hard extrusion under the self weight of the grouting guide pipe and the device to cross a second limiting ring, and bent parts of the two elastic pieces are hooked and fixed to the second limiting ring; andat the time, the folding knives are vertically compressed to be transversely expanded, and an impeller-type knife face is formed. When the device and the method are used for constructing the large-size pile hole, large soil blocks at the bottom of the hole can be fully crushed after the steel reinforcement cage is lowered.
