Rigid connecting structure of tubular pile and cushion cap
The invention discloses a rigid connecting structure of a tubular pile and a cushion cap and belongs to the field of construction engineering piles. The technical scheme is as follows: a pile block ofthe tubular pile stretches into the lower part of an upper longitudinal reinforcing steel bar of the cushion cap, a layer board is placed in the tubular pile and core concrete is poured into a spacewithin the tube above the layer board, a cone-shaped ring tube is arranged in a position outside a stretching section, stretching into the cushion cap, of the tubular pile in a sleeving manner and thecone-shaped ring tube comprises a ring tube body, a ring tube underframe and a plurality of rib plates. The ring tube underframe is annular and is located at the bottom of the ring tube body. The inner ring diameter of the ring tube underframe is equal to that of the ring tube body. The rib plates are triangular steel plates, and two sides of the rib plates are welded and fixed to the ring tube body and the ring tube underframe, separately. The rib plates are arranged in a spaced manner in the circumferential direction of the ring tube body. A bottom longitudinal reinforcing steel bar of thecushion cap and the ring rube underframe are welded and fixed. The upper part of the ring tube body and a pile block end plate of the tubular pile are welded and fixed. The invention relates to the rigid connecting structure which is simple in principle, reliable in quality and convenient for plant prefabrication and can achieve fixed connecting constraint of the pile block and the cushion cap.
本发明属于建筑工程桩基领域的一种管桩与承台刚性连接结构。技术方案为:管桩的桩顶伸入承台的上部纵向钢筋的下部,在管桩内放置托板并在托板以上的管内空间浇灌填芯混凝土,锥形环筒套在管桩伸入承台的伸入段外,锥形环筒包括环筒筒身、环筒底盘和肋板;环筒底盘为环形且位于环筒筒身的底部;环筒底盘的内环径与环筒筒身的内径相同;肋板为三角形钢板,肋板的两边分别与环筒筒身和环筒底盘焊接固定;多个肋板间隔布置在环筒筒身的周向上;承台的底部纵向钢筋与环筒底盘焊接固定;环筒筒身的上部与管桩的桩顶端板焊接固定。它是一种原理简单、质量可靠、方便工厂预制化,可以实现桩顶与承台之间固接约束的刚性连接结构。
