The waterproof layer laying device comprises a mounting platform, a vertical storage rack,a baffle pushing electric cylinder, a walking mechanism, a baffle, a transverse sliding table, a laying mechanism, a conveying belt plate, a conveying belt driving motor and a waterproof material roll. The mounting platform is a rectangular steel plate and is also a mounting platform for the vertical storage rack, the walking mechanism and the laying mechanism. According to the waterproof layer laying device, waterproof materials can be better laid on the landfill pool through the laying mechanism, and the working efficiency is improved.
