The ecological rainwater circulating collection system comprises a rainwater collection device, wherein a rainwater grateis fixedly arranged at the top of the rainwater collection device, the rainwater collection device is connected with a water seepage device, the water seepage device is connected with a rainwater buffer pool, and the rainwater buffer pool is connected with an ecological water pool; a water purifying pool composed of water seepage walls is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the ecological water pool, and the water seepage walls are annular walls with top openings. The rainwater collection device, the water seepage device, the rainwater buffer pool and the ecological water pool are sequentiallyconnected into a whole through a first connecting pipeline, a second connecting pipeline and a third connecting pipeline respectively. The top of the rainwater collection device is level with the ground; the top of the rainwater buffer pool and the top of the water seepage device are lower than the ground, and the top of the rainwater buffer pool is higher than the top of the water seepage device;the top of the ecological water pool is not lower than the ground; and the top of the water seepage wall is higher than that of the ecological water pool. The whole treatment process is simple in arrangement, the urban heat island effect can be solved, and good ecological benefits are achieved.
