The invention relates to a long-distance trenchless directional drilling sewage pipeline processing technology. The processing technology comprises the following steps of carrying out anti-corrosion treatment on the outer walls of pipelines by adopting epoxy coal tar pitch anti-corrosion paint, connecting the pipelines by adopting welding, then carrying out drilling pre-burying, arranging lining resin hoses in the pipelines, and utilizing a pull-in type in-situ ultraviolet curing method for treatment to complete processing of the sewage pipelines. Compared with the prior art, the processing technology can be operated in a narrow space, and has the advantages of a short construction period, small influences on traffic, the good anti-corrosion effect, greatly improved external force damage resistance of the pipelines and the like.
本发明涉及一种长距离非开挖定向钻污水管道加工工艺,对管道的外壁采用环氧煤沥青防腐漆进行防腐处理,各管道之间采用焊接连接,然后进行钻进预埋,在管道内部设置内衬树脂软管,利用拉入式原位紫外光固化法进行处理,完成对污水管道的加工。与现有技术相比,本发明可在狭窄空间操作,具有施工周期短、对交通影响小、防腐效果好,管道抗击外力破坏能力大幅提高等优点。
