The invention provides a pool bottom of a cast-in-place concrete pool and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) carrying out preliminary work; (2)binding reinforcing steel bars of a bottom plate and an upturning pool bottom plate; (3) welding a corner reinforcing steel bar and a tie bar; (4) mounting a reinforcing strip steel wire gauze; (5) welding a cast iron plate and a reinforcing steel bar vertical rod; (6) pouring bottom plate concrete and slick the bottom plate concrete; (7) pouring a post-cast reinforcing strip; (8) erecting an upturning pool bottom plate template; (9) pouring upturning pool bottom plate concrete; (10) mounting a construction joint water sealing steel plate; (11) forming a groove in the upturning pool bottom plate; and (12) removing the template and the slicking device. Integrated construction is carried out by a reinforcing mesh reinforcing strip which replaces the post-cast strip without secondary formingerecting, and a concrete pouring and slicking and elevation control device is arranged on the pool bottom plate, so that the surface flatness of the pool bottom plate is high, and the bottom plate ofthe cast-in-place concrete pool has better economical and technical benefits.
