The invention relates to a device facilitating scaffold steel pipe building. The device facilitating scaffold steel pipe building comprises a fixed shell, a rotating shell and a lower steel pipe whichpenetrates through the upper end face and the lower end face of the fixed shell and is in sliding connection with the fixed shell, and two movable anti-skid devices which are arranged in a bilateralsymmetry mode relative to the lower steel pipe are arranged in the fixed shell; and each movable anti-skid device comprises an abutting groove, sliding grooves are formed in the front end wall and therear end wall of each abutting groove, a rolling groove is formed in the upper side of each abutting groove, and a transmission cavity is formed in the rear side of the rolling groove in the right side. By means of the device, a next steel pipe can be automatically clamped, meanwhile, a rotating device can automatically rotate a clamping device to the uppermost position to be aligned, meanwhile,limitation of a limiting fan-shaped block to the lower steel pipe is released, then descending and steel pipe building are conducted, potential safety hazards of manual operation are avoided, after building is completed, the limiting fan-shaped block clamps the upper steel pipe, and danger caused by device falling is prevented.
本发明装置的一种方便脚手架钢管搭建的装置,包括固定壳体、转动壳体和贯穿所述固定壳体上下端面且和所述固定壳体滑动连接的下钢管,所述固定壳体内设有两个关于所述下钢管左右对称设置的移动防滑装置,所述移动防滑装置包括抵压槽,所述抵压槽的前后端壁上均设有滑槽,所述抵压槽的上侧设有滚动槽,右侧所述滚动槽的后侧设有传动腔,本装置能够自动将下一个钢管进行夹紧,同时进行转动装置能够自动将夹紧装置反转到最上方进行对准,同时放松限制扇形块对下钢管的限制,之后进行下降和钢管的搭建,避免了人工操作的安全隐患,当完成搭建后限制扇形块对上钢管实现夹紧,防止装置脱落造成危险。
