The invention provides a concrete crack repairing device and a concrete crack repairing method, and relates to the technical field of concrete construction. The concrete crack repairing device comprises a protective shell and a water absorption part; the water absorption part is arranged in the protective shell; an opening is formed in the protective shell; and the water absorption part is used for bearing repairing slurry and covering the crack position of concrete at the opening. A constructor places the water absorption part in the protective shell, then pours repairing slurry into the water absorption part to enable the water absorption part to bear enough repairing slurry, then covers the crack position with the opening of the protective shell, and enables the water absorption part toabut against the crack position of concrete from the opening, so that the repairing slurry absorbed by the water absorption part permeates into the crack position. The water absorption part is used for absorbing, bearing and releasing repairing slurry; the protective shell plays roles in protecting, supporting and sealing, so that the infiltration amount of the repairing slurry can be ensured, the infiltration depth of the repairing slurry is deepened, and the crack repair effect is improved.
