The invention discloses a supporting device and a building framework with the supporting device. The supporting device comprises an adjusting rod, a supporting rod and a positioning head; the adjusting rod rotates relative to the supporting rod to adjust the length between the adjusting rod and the supporting rod; the supporting rod is used for supporting a mould plate; and the positioning head isarranged on the peripheral wall of the supporting rod, and is used for extending into a pin hole of the mould plate for fixing. The supporting device can support the mould plate conveniently and stably.
