The invention discloses an active protection electric sliding door system of a laser room. The active protection electric sliding door system comprises a sliding door mechanism, a transmission mechanism connected with the sliding door mechanism and a motor module used for providing power for the transmission mechanism. The sliding door mechanism comprises a door frame, guide rails installed on thetwo sides of the door frame, an upper protection sliding door and a lower protection sliding door, wherein the upper protection sliding door and the lower protection sliding door are opened up and down respectively. The protection sliding doors are movably connected with the guide rails through first connecting components, one end of each first connecting component is movably connected with the corresponding guide rail, and the other end of each first connecting component is fixedly installed on the corresponding protection sliding door. The protection sliding doors are connected with the transmission mechanism through second connecting components, and the transmission mechanism is driven by the motor module to operate so as to drive the protection sliding doors to horizontally move alongthe guide rails. Sensing pieces are installed on the first connecting components. The active protection electric sliding door system further comprises an electrical control system which comprises a master controller and a position sensor. According to the active protection electric sliding door system of the laser room, the occupied space of the sliding doors in the horizontal direction can be reduced, the overall structure of the laser room is more compact, and therefore cost is saved; and the automation degree is high, and the safety problem of the sliding doors can be effectively avoided.
