The invention relates to a noise-reducing door and window of a transformer substation, relates to an environmental protection technology and discloses a sound-absorbing sound-insulating door and window. The sound-insulating window comprises a row window 1, a sound-absorbing curtain 2 and a curtain frame 3. The curtain frame 3 is additionally arranged on the outer wall surface of the row window 1 at the top of an existing house wall. The sound-absorbing curtain 2 is arranged in the curtain frame 3. Noise transmitted from the window is absorbed by the head-on blocking sound-absorbing curtain 2.The sound-insulating door is characterized in that a sound-absorbing layer 6 is arranged on the inner side surface of an existing house door 5, and a sealing strip is arranged at a seam opening of a door seam for preventing the noise from being leaked. The sound-absorbing curtain 2 and the sound-absorbing layer 6 are porous foamed plastic cores and can easily absorb the noise. The noise-reducing door and window disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the noise is reduced from a source, and the noise cannot be reduced in a large range after the noise is diffused; the measures are simple and easy to implement; and the noise-reducing mechanism effect of absorbing sound wave energy is obvious. The noise-reducing door and window disclosed by the invention is used for reducing the noise of a workshop.
