Waterproof method for cable pipeline to penetrate through wall
The invention provides a waterproof method for a cable pipeline to penetrate through a wall. The method comprises the following steps: (1) a cable penetrates into a sleeve, a sealing flange is arranged in the sleeve, a first watertight belt is arranged at the sealing flange, the cable penetrates through the sealing flange and the first watertight belt, and the first watertight belt is made of a material capable of forming gel when meeting water; (2) a first preformed hole is formed in the wall, a sleeve and an internal cable penetrate through the first preformed hole, and a cement-based waterproof coating is sprayed on the inner side of the wall, so that the outer side of the cement-based waterproof coating is tightly combined with the inner side of the wall; (3) a supporting frame body isarranged in the direction of the inner side face of the wall body, a containing cavity is formed between the supporting frame body and the wall body, a second preformed hole corresponding to the first preformed hole is formed in the supporting frame body, and the sleeve penetrates through the second preformed hole; and (4) a polyurethane foam material is poured into the containing cavity betweenthe supporting frame body and the wall, and a polyurethane sealing layer is formed after the polyurethane foam material naturally flows, swells, solidifies and forms.
本发明提供一种用于电缆管线穿越墙体的防水方法,包括:(1)将电缆穿入套管内部,套管内设有密封法兰,密封法兰处设有第一水密带,电缆贯穿密封法兰和第一水密带,第一水密带为遇水能够形成凝胶状的材料;(2)在墙体上设置第一预留孔,套管及内部的电缆穿过第一预留孔,墙体的内侧喷涂水泥基防水涂层,使得水泥基防水涂层的外侧与墙体的内侧紧密结合;(3)墙体的内侧面方向设置支撑框体,支撑框体与墙体之间形成容纳腔,支撑框体上设置对应第一预留孔的第二预留孔,将套管穿过第二预留孔;(4)在支撑框体与墙体之间的容纳腔内浇筑聚氨酯泡沫材料,聚氨酯泡沫材料自然流动并涨发固化成型后,形成聚氨酯密封层。
