CLAMP ASSEMBLY FOR SCAFFOLDING PIPES
The present invention relates to a clamp assembly for scaffolding pipes and, more particularly, to a clamp assembly for scaffolding pipes in which the same can be easily installed and disassembled such that intersecting scaffolding pipes can be fastened through a single process, convenient installation substantially improves working convenience on a construction site, and simple construction lowers the manufacturing cost, thereby reducing the scaffolding facility cost. A clamp assembly for scaffolding pipes according to the present invention, as mentioned above, comprises: a pressurizing clampcomprising a clamping ring bent in a U-shape; and a fixing bracket. Each support portion of the clamping ring has a hanging portion formed on one end thereof and has a bolting portion formed on the other end thereof. The pipe clamp has an arc-shaped bending portion formed thereon such that the scaffolding pipes are inserted therein, and has first and second engaging pieces formed thereon such that the same are fastened to the bolting portions while being constrained on the hanging portions of the clamping ring with both ends of the bending portion. The pressurizing clamp and the fixing bracket are assembled into one set and then mounted on scaffolding pipes, and the scaffolding pipes are then fixed by bolting the same once.
