Thermosetting binder
The invention discloses a thermosetting binder with a low fusing temperature, and an application of a particle board with a low fusing temperature in BOX-IN. The thermosetting binder with low fusing temperature is prepared from a gel solvent and a resin flexible agent in a certain proportion. The gel solvent is composed of a resin mixed solution, silane and a graphene dispersion solution accordingto a certain proportion, and the resin mixed solution is composed of organic resin and ammonia substances according to a certain proportion. According to the invention, a proper amount of the flexible agent is added to obtain thermosetting binders with different fusing temperatures, so that the particle acoustic board can be subjected to explosion venting and fusing very well during explosion andfire, and enough space and time are provided for fire extinguishing.
本发明公开了一种低熔断温度的热固性粘结剂,以及一种低熔断温度微粒板在BOX‑IN中的应用。低熔断温度的热固性粘结剂由一定比例的凝胶溶剂和树脂柔性剂制备而成。其中凝胶溶剂由一定比例的树脂混合液、硅烷、石墨烯分散液组成,树脂混合液由一定比例的有机树脂类和氨类物质组成。本发明通过加入适量的柔性剂,得到不同熔断温度的热固性粘结剂,从而使得微粒吸音板在爆炸、火灾时,能够很好的泄爆并熔断,给消防灭火提供足够的空间和时间。
