Foam concrete with strong light weight and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to foam concrete with strong light weight and a preparation method thereof. The foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-60% of cement; 10-20% of fly ash; 5-10% of a filling material; 1-2% of a water reducing agent; 1-2% of a water reducing agent; 0.5%-1% of dispersed latex powder; 0.1%-0.5% of a plasticizer; 2%-5% of a foaming agent; 0.1%-0.5% of a foam stabilizer; 5%-10% of clay; 0.5%-1% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether; and 0.5%-1% of polypropylene fibers. The foam concrete is convenient to produce and is low in preparation cost. High cement proportions are not required, so that defects such as high possibility of mortar particle sinking, non-uniform foaming pore sizes, poorer stability, high possibility of moldcollapse in an initial setting period, high possibility of fracture during final setting, and poor toughness are avoided. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the wastes such as cement, fly ash and filler are fully utilized, and therefore, cement consumption is reduced, the performance of the foam concrete is improved, building production cost is saved; and the problemsof high cement proportion in the foam concrete, poor stability during pouring (pouring), mold collapse caused by too low cement consumption, poor strength and large weight are solved.
一种轻质性能强的泡沫混凝土及其制备方法,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:40‑60%份水泥、10‑20%份粉煤灰、5‑10%份填料、1‑2%份减水剂,0.5‑1%份分散乳胶粉,0.1‑0.5%份增塑剂,2‑5%份发泡剂,0.1‑0.5%份稳泡剂,5‑10%份黏土,0.5‑1%份羟丙基甲基纤维素醚,0.5‑1%份聚丙烯纤维;生产方便,制备成本低,无需高水泥配比量,避免出现砂浆颗粒易下沉,发泡孔径不均匀,稳定性较差,初凝期易塌模,终凝后易断,无韧性差等缺点,本发明的制备方法充分利用了水泥、粉煤灰、填料等废弃物,减少了水泥的用量,而又提升了泡沫混凝土性能,节约了建筑生产成本,解决了泡沫混凝土中水泥配比量较高,浇注(浇筑)时的稳定性差,过低的水泥用量会造成塌模的、强度差和重量大的难题。

The invention relates to foam concrete with strong light weight and a preparation method thereof. The foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-60% of cement; 10-20% of fly ash; 5-10% of a filling material; 1-2% of a water reducing agent; 1-2% of a water reducing agent; 0.5%-1% of dispersed latex powder; 0.1%-0.5% of a plasticizer; 2%-5% of a foaming agent; 0.1%-0.5% of a foam stabilizer; 5%-10% of clay; 0.5%-1% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether; and 0.5%-1% of polypropylene fibers. The foam concrete is convenient to produce and is low in preparation cost.
