The invention relates to a novel chelating low-temperature-resistant coagulator special for brick making. The coagulator is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: sodium chloride, polyacrylamide, a sodium fluosilicate water reducing agent and citric acid, wherein the proportion of the raw materials is 0.1%-0.2%, the dosage of the sodium chloride is 10%-30%, the dosage of thepolyacrylamide is 20%-40%, the dosage of the sodium fluosilicate water reducing agent is 20%-40%, the dosage of the citric acid is 20%-40%, solid waste, cement and water are adopted as raw materials,and the addition amount of the solid waste is 50%-90%, the addition amount of the cement is 4%-8%, and the addition amount of the water is 20%-40%. The coagulator has the beneficial effects that active substances, electrolyte and surface activity of raw materials are excited and catalyzed, charges on the surfaces of raw material particles are balanced, the thickness of an electric double-layer isreduced, the chemical reaction and physical reaction processes of the mixture are enhanced, the mixture generates a stable complex structure, and no smoke dust is discharged in the production process; watering maintenance is not needed, and the maintenance period is shortened; the strength is increased along with the passage of time, so that the problem about freezing and thawing resistance is thoroughly solved; and compared with a common baking-free brick, the fired brick has the characteristics of being high in strength, good in freezing resistance and free of secondary pollution.
