Shell-like nacre layer material with layered structure and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a shell-like nacre layer material with a layered structure and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a carbonized cementing material with water according to a water-solid ratio of 0.3-1.2 to obtain a carbonized cementing material suspension; treating the carbonized cementing material suspension by adopting a freeze castingprocess to obtain a carbonized cementing material coagulum with a layered structure; freezing and drying the carbonized cementing material coagulum with the layered structure to obtain a carbonized cementing material with the layered structure; and carbonizing and hardening the carbonized cementing material with the layered structure to obtain the shell-like nacre mother layer material with the layered structure. According to the invention, the shell-like nacre layer material with a layered structure is obtained by combining a freeze casting technology and a carbonization technology, the obtained material has high fracture toughness and durability, the energy consumption in the preparation process is low, the effect of curing carbon dioxide can be achieved, no waste is generated, and the concept of environmental friendliness is met.
本发明公开一种具有层状结构的仿贝壳珍珠母层材料及其制备方法。该方法包括以下步骤:按0.3~1.2的水固比将碳化胶凝材料与水均匀混合,得到碳化胶凝材料悬浮液;采用冷冻铸造工艺对碳化胶凝材料悬浮液进行处理,得到具有层状结构的碳化胶凝材料凝固物;将具有层状结构的碳化胶凝材料凝固物进行冷冻干燥,得到具有层状结构的碳化胶凝材料;将具有层状结构的碳化胶凝材料进行碳化硬化,得到具有层状结构的仿贝壳珍珠母层材料。本发明通过将冷冻铸造技术和碳化技术结合,得到具有层状结构的仿贝壳珍珠母层材料,所得材料具有较高的断裂韧性和耐久性,同时制备过程能耗低,可起到固化二氧化碳的作用,且无废弃物产生,符合环境友好的理念。
