The invention provides a low-crack all-solid-waste cement stabilized macadam base material and preparation and construction methods thereof, relates to the technical field of highway and municipal engineering, and aims to solve the problem of recycling of solid wastes, reduce the construction cost, improve the crack resistance and strength of a base and prolong the service life of a pavement. Thebase material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 2100 to 2300 parts of mineral aggregate, 70 to 110 parts of slag sulfur and/or ferro-aluminate cement and 100 to 115 parts ofwater, and 1.5 to 2.2 parts of fiber can be added if the requirement on the strength is relatively high; the 7-day unconfined compressive strength of the base material is greater than or equal to 5MPa; the mineral aggregate is recycled aggregate processed from building solid waste; the recycled aggregate is gravels which are obtained by treating concrete blocks of a bearing structure in the construction waste and have the particle size of 0-31.5 mm. The technical scheme is suitable for the processes of highway base material preparation and base paving.
本发明提供了一种低裂全固废水泥稳定碎石基层材料及制备和施工方法,涉及公路和市政工程技术领域,能够解决固体废弃物循环再利用的问题,降低工程造价,且提高基层的抗裂能力和强度,延长路面使用寿命;该基层材料质量份配比如下:矿料2100‑2300份、矿渣硫和/或铁铝酸盐水泥70‑110份、水100‑115份,如对强度要求比较高可以加入纤维1.5‑2.2份;基层材料的7天无侧限抗压强度大于等于5MPa;矿料为建筑固体废弃物加工成的再生骨料;再生骨料为建筑垃圾中的承重结构的混凝土块经处理得到的粒径为0‑31.5mm的碎石。本发明提供的技术方案适用于公路基层材料制备和基层铺筑的过程中。
