The invention relates to a coating for an asphalt-based pre-paving waterproof system. The coating comprises a protective layer and a functional layer from bottom to top. The protective layer comprises, according to the weight part, 20-40 parts of polymer emulsion and 10-80 parts of cement component; the functional layer comprises, according to the weight part, 20-40 parts of a polymer emulsion, 30-60 parts of a cement component, 10-20 parts of sand and 0.01-0.1 part of a functional auxiliary agent, the polymer emulsion is a plasticized styrene-acrylic emulsion, and the cement component is oneor a mixture of two of ordinary Portland cement with the strength of 42.5 and white cement with the strength of 52.5. By optimizing the protective layer and adding the functional layer, the bonding capacity of the anti-sticking coating can be remarkably improved, and the weight ratio of all the components in the protective layer and the functional layer is subjected to practical inspection so thatthe obtained anti-sticking coating is tightly bonded with post-poured concrete and is not prone to falling off.
