The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum alloy strips, and discloses an aluminum alloy strip, a preparing method thereof and an aluminum isolation strip for hollow glass. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, burdening is conducted according to aluminum alloy components and the weight percent, raw materials not containing the titanium element are added into a smelting furnace to be melted and subjected to temperature rise, then, first-time refining, first-time slag removal, stirring, analysis and component adjusting are sequentially conducted, and aluminum liquid is obtained; secondly, the aluminum liquid is transferred into a standing furnace, standing, second-time refining, gas removal and second-time slag removal are sequentially conducted, then, titanium element containing raw materials are added, and a slab is formed through cast rolling; and thirdly, the slab is subjected to multi-pass rolling to the preset thickness, re-rolling and edge cutting are conducted under the preset thickness, then, continuous rolling is conducted to the finished product thickness, and then low-temperature stress relief annealing, stretch bending straightening and shearing are sequentially conducted. The aluminum alloy strip prepared through the method has high strength and high corrosion resistance under the same thickness and is suitable for the hollow glass complex work environment.
本发明涉及铝合金带材技术领域,公开了一种铝合金带材及其制备方法和中空玻璃用铝隔条。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)按铝合金成分及重量百分比进行配料,将不含钛元素的原料加入熔炼炉中熔化并升温,接着依次进行第一次精炼、第一次除渣、搅拌、分析和调整成份,得到铝液;(2)将铝液转移至静置炉,依次进行静置、第二次精炼、除气和第二次除渣,接着加入含钛元素原料,然后铸轧成板坯;(3)将板坯通过多道次轧制至预定厚度,在预定厚度下重卷切边,接着继续轧制至成品厚度,然后依次进行低温去应力退火、拉弯矫直和剪切。所述方法制得的铝合金带材,在同样的厚度下,具有较高的强度,较高的耐腐蚀性,适合于中空玻璃较复杂的工作环境。
