The invention discloses a composite floating slab track vibration isolator which comprises a first part and a second part. The first part is composed of an upper cover plate, a spring, a damper, a mass block and an outer sleeve, and the second part is composed of an adjusting base plate, a rubber metal spring, an inner sleeve, a limiting mandrel and a base plate. When a train passes by, the spring, the damper and the mass block of the first part form a tuned mass damper, low-frequency vibration is controlled, and the adverse effect of vibration amplification of the floating slab structure nearthe inherent frequency is restrained; the second part adopts a rubber metal spring, so that the effects of effectively reducing vibration and supporting the floating slab ballast bed are achieved; the vibration absorber is simple in structure, the tuned mass damper is arranged in the closed cavity and is convenient to install and replace, the problems that an existing floating slab track is insufficient in low-frequency control and a vibration isolation element is difficult to replace are solved, and the economical efficiency and the vibration absorption effect are good.
