Asphalt pavement construction method in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement construction method in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The construction method comprises the following steps that A, roadbed treatment is conducted, a roadbed soil layer is cleaned, leveled and tamped, embankments are poured with reinforced concrete along the two sides of the roadbed, and steel bar stabilizing pieces are installed on the leveled and tamped roadbed soil layer; and B, a base layer is laid, mixed gravels and river sand are laid on the leveled and tamped roadbed along the position between the embankments on the two sides, and a gravel and river sand base layer is formed after the gravels and the river sand are compacted through a road roller, and water is sprinkled on the gravel river sand base layer through a sprinkler. During the roadbed processing and laying process by the asphalt pavement construction method, the transverse and longitudinal deformation resistance of the roadbed soil layer and the roadbed is improved through the additionally-arranged steel bar stabilizing pieces, meanwhile, in the construction process of the gravel and river sand base layer, the structure of the gravel and river sand base layer is more stable through mechanical compaction and water ramming, then the structural strength of the roadbed is improved, and the cracking collapse, cracking and net cracking resistance of an asphalt pavement is improved.
本发明公开了一种青藏高原地区的沥青路面施工方法,包括以下步骤:A:路基处理;清理路基土层并整平夯实,沿路基两侧用钢筋混泥土浇筑路堤,并在平整夯实后的路基土层上安装钢筋稳固件;B:铺设基层;在所述的整平夯实后的路基上沿两侧的路堤之间铺设混合后的碎石和河沙并通过压路机压实后形成碎石河沙基层;在所述的碎石河沙基层通过洒水车洒水;本发明的沥青路面施工法在路基的处理和铺设过程中,通过增设的钢筋稳固件提高路基土层和路基的抗横向、纵向的形变能力,同时在碎石河沙基层的施工中,采用机械压实和水夯使得碎石河沙基层的结构更稳定,进而提高路基的结构强度,提高沥青路面抗开裂塌陷、龟裂、网裂的能力。
