The invention discloses a frame for paving a precast concrete pavement. A plurality of groups of moving rollers are connected to a frame base plate side by side; a control chamber and a frame box bodyare arranged on the frame base plate; a concrete stirring mechanism is arranged in the frame box body; a first support is fixedly installed on the frame base plate; a stirring hopper is fixedly mounted on the first support; a feeding hole is arranged in an upper end of the stirring hopper; an arc bottom is arranged at the lower end of the stirring hopper; a discharge pipe is arranged at the lowerend of the stirring hopper and connected with a spreading mechanism; and a discharging switch valve is arranged on the discharge pipe. A stirring rotating shaft and stirring blades rotate along witha rotating base, meanwhile, the stirring rotating shaft rotates by itself so that a mixing and stirring effect of concrete in the stirring hopper is effectively driven, scraper blades scrape the innerside wall of the stirring hopper, and a situation that the concrete adheres to the inner side wall of the stirring hopper so that a utilization rate of the concrete is reduced is effectively prevented.
