The invention discloses an emulsified asphalt plant mixed cold recycled pavement construction process. The process comprises the following steps: milling, recycling, crushing and screening an old asphalt pavement needing to be rebuilt or discarded, and re-mixing according to a certain preparation ratio to obtain a cold recycled mixture meeting a pavement performance requirement so as to improve resource utilization efficiency. Meanwhile, the problem of waste treatment is solved, land occupation and environmental pollution caused by stacking of waste materials can be avoided, a new stable material is formed through reasonable configuration, conversion of a road surface from a semi-rigid structure to a semi-flexible structure and a flexible structure is completed, and advantages of energy saving, material saving, environmental protection and high efficiency are achieved. In a mixing and paving process, proper compaction parameters are matched so that various detection indexes of the finally constructed pavement meet a standard, and technical specification is met; and heating is not needed in the mixing and paving process so that the problems of asphalt aging, asphalt poisoning, worker burning, environmental pollution and the like caused by high-temperature operation are avoided.
本发明公开一种乳化沥青厂拌冷再生路面施工工艺,将需要翻修或废弃的旧沥青路面,经铣刨、回收、破碎、筛分,并按照一定得配制比例,重新拌制获得满足路用性能要求的冷再生混合料,提高了资源利用效率;同时,有助于解决废物处理的问题,可以避免废弃材料堆放对土地的占用和对环境的污染,通过合理配置,形成新的稳定材料,完成路面由半刚性到半柔性、柔性结构的转换,具有节能、节材、环保、高效的优势;在拌和和铺摊过程中,配合合适的压实参数,使得最终施工后的路面的各项检测指标均符合标准,满足技术规范;且拌和和铺摊过程中无需加热,避免了高温作业带来的沥青老化、沥青中毒、烧伤工作人员、不环保等问题。
