Steel structure bridge anti-overturning structure
The invention discloses a steel structure bridge anti-overturning structure. A reinforcing steel bar or an anchor bolt backing ring is arranged at a top of a concrete abutment cap or a pier cap; a lower part of the reinforcing steel bar or an anchor bolt penetrates through the reinforcing steel bar or the anchor bolt backing ring and then is buried into the concrete abutment cap or the pier cap; an anchoring end plate is arranged above a steel structure cross beam bottom plate; and an anchoring base plate is arranged on the anchoring end plate, threads are arranged at the upper end of the reinforcing steel bar or the anchor bolt, after the reinforcing steel bar or the anchor bolt penetrates through the steel structure beam bottom plate, the anchoring end plate and the anchoring base plate,the threaded part at the upper end of the reinforcing steel bar or the anchor bolt is exposed above the anchoring base plate, and the anchoring nut is screwed on the threads at the upper end of the reinforcing steel bar or the anchor bolt to limit overall torsion of a bridge. An anti-pulling anchor bolt structure is simple in structure and economical in manufacturing cost, does not influence support replacement, can adapt to longitudinal temperature deformation of the bridge, and can effectively avoid transverse overturning instability of a steel structure bridge on the premise that structural damage does not occur to a pier stud of a beam body through a reasonable design.
一种钢结构桥梁抗倾覆结构,混凝土桥台台帽或桥墩墩帽顶部设置钢筋或锚栓垫环,钢筋或锚栓的下部穿过钢筋或锚栓垫环后,埋入混凝土桥台台帽或桥墩墩帽内,钢结构横梁底板上方设锚固端板,锚固垫板置于锚固端板上,钢筋或锚栓的上端设螺纹,钢筋或锚栓从钢结构横梁底板、锚固端板及锚固垫板穿过后,钢筋或锚栓的上端螺纹部分露出锚固垫板上方,在钢筋或锚栓的上端螺纹上拧紧锚固螺母,以限制桥梁整体的扭转。本抗拔锚栓构造结构简洁,造价经济,不影响支座更换,可适应桥梁纵向温度变形,通过合理设计,在梁体墩柱不出现结构性破坏的前提下,可有效避免钢结构桥梁横向倾覆失稳。
