The method comprises the steps of building a finite element model, and enabling the material characteristics, geometric characteristics and boundary conditions in the finite element model and external load informationto be consistent withcorresponding data of a design drawing,substituting the determined group of suspender initial tension into thebuilt finite element model to carry out normal installation analysis in a construction stage to obtain each initial value vector,and constructing a construction displacement control system, and substituting all parameters into the construction displacement control system to obtain final finished bridge gridbeam displacement. According to the method, the effect of small construction disturbance is achieved by controlling the minimum displacement change in the construction process, the displacement of the grid beam bridgingsegment meets the design requirement, and the result is reliable; the minimum and smooth displacement change of the control points of the grid beam in the construction process is guaranteed, the riskcaused by large deformation of the structure in construction is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and high-precision control over displacement in the construction process is achieved.
本发明公开了一种施工扰动小的拱桥格子梁吊装位移控制方法,通过建立一个有限元模型,并且有限元模型中的材料特性、几何特性、边界条件与外部荷载信息应和设计图纸的相应数据一致;将确定的一组吊杆初拉力代入建好的有限元模型进行施工阶段正装分析,得到各个初始值向量;建立一个施工位移控制体系,将各参数代入施工位移控制体系得到最终成桥格子梁位移。本发明提出的方法通过控制施工过程中位移变化最小从而达到对施工扰动小的效果,实现了格子梁成桥节段位移满足设计要求,结果可靠;保证了施工过程中格子梁的控制点位移变化最小且平顺,降低了施工中结构大变形带来的风险,提高了施工效率,实现了施工过程中位移的高精准控制。
