Oscillating compaction method for asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement
The invention discloses an oscillating compaction method for asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement, whichrelates to an oscillating compaction methodandaims to solve the problems that soon after the pavement is built by compaction of the existing static road roller, possible serious damages, cracking, pit slots, upheaval and other diseases can happen. The method comprises the following steps of 1,paving a bridge deck asphalt mixture by using a paver,2, adopting a road roller for primary pressing once at the speed of 5-8 km/h, and after primary pressing, adopting multiple road rollers for closely following cooperative operation,3, adopting an oscillating road roller with an eccentric mechanism for conducting steel wheel oscillation twice at the speed of 5 km/h to 8 km/h,4, rolling the asphalt concrete bridge deck once or twice at the speed of 5-8km/h by adopting rolling equipment,and 5, conducting steel wheel static pressure light receiving once or twice at the speed of 5-8 km/h throughsteel wheel rolling equipment, and thus completing oscillating compaction of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement. The method is used for oscillating compaction of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement.
