The invention relates to the technical field of cable-stayed bridge construction, in particular to a steel-concrete combined embedded thrust structure of a cable-stayed bridge guyed cable hanging basket, and aims to solve the technical problem that an existing thrust structure of the cable-stayed bridge guyed cable hanging basket can cause adverse effects on clearance under a bridge and attractiveness of the bridge. The following technical scheme is adopted: the structure comprises a box girder and a hanging basket; the box girder is provided with a box girder bottom plate; the hanging basketis provided with a hanging basket bottom beam; a preformed hole is formed in the bottom plate of the box girder; a thrust block located on the edge of the preformed hole is arranged in the box girder;a shear block is fixed to the bottom beam of the hanging basket; the upper end of the shear block penetrates through the preformed hole to extend into the box girder; and the shear block abuts against the surface of the thrust block under the horizontal component action of a guy rope.
