Partially debonded prestressed tendon concrete box beam and debonding construction method thereof
The invention particularly relates to a partially debonded prestressed tendon concrete box beam and a debonding construction method thereof. The partially debonded prestressed tendon concrete box beamcomprises a concrete box beam main body and prestressed tendons arranged in the main body, wherein the prestressed tendons comprise top prestressed tendons arranged in the main body top plate and bottom prestressed tendons arranged in the main body bottom plate. The partially debonded prestressed tendon concrete box beam is characterized in that the bottom prestressed tendons comprise at least one debonding prestressed tendon; debonding sections are arranged at the two ends of the debonding prestressed tendons, and a full-bonding section is arranged in the middle; an anchoring embedded part is arranged at the joint of the debonding section and the full-bonding section for connection; the outer side of the debonding section is coated with a debonding layer, and the debonding section of theprestressed tendon is separated from the concrete main body by the debonding layer; and a tensioning clamp is arranged at the outer end of the debonding section. According to the method, structural design is carried out on the prestressed tendon concrete box beam structure, so that the weak part of the box beam can be designed and reinforced in advance, and cracks at the end part of the beam canbe prevented in advance.
本发明具体涉及一种部分脱粘预应力筋混凝土箱形梁及其脱粘施工方法,包括混凝土箱形梁主体与设置在主体中的预应力筋;预应力筋包括设置在主体顶板内部的顶部预应力筋和设置在主体底板内部的底部预应力筋;其特征在于:底部预应力筋中包括至少一根脱粘预应力筋;脱粘预应力筋的两端设置脱粘段,中间为全粘段;脱粘段与全粘段连接部位设置锚固埋件相连;脱粘段的外侧包裹一层脱粘层,脱粘层将预应力筋的脱粘段与混凝土主体隔开;脱粘段的外端设置张拉夹具。本方法通过对预应力筋混凝土箱形梁结构进行结构设计,可以对箱形梁薄弱处进行提前设计加固以及梁端部的裂缝进行提前预防。
