The cleaning structure is arranged on the inner side of the case, dust located at the lower end of a fence is swept, meanwhile, the dust is sucked and collected, and accumulation of the dust under the fence is reduced; and a brushing structure is arranged at the lower end of the supporting pipe, the dust at the lower end of the fence is fully cleaned, dead corners are prevented from being formed, dust accumulation is reduced, and a road environment is guaranteed.
