The invention discloses a rockfill dam for simplifying construction division. A polyurea coating, self-compaction concrete, geotechnical cloth, a main rockfill area and a secondary rockfill area are divided in sequence from upstream to downstream of a dam body, the geotechnical cloth which is used for preventing slurry from running away when the self-compaction concrete is poured is arranged between the self-compaction concrete and the main rockfill area, the polyurea coating which has an auxiliary anti-seepage effect is sprayed to the upstream water surface of the self-compaction concrete, acopper sheet is arranged between the self-compaction concrete and a toe board so as to stop water, and another copper sheet is arranged between the self-compaction concrete and a wave wall so as to stop water. A traditional anti-seepage panel, a cushion area and a transition area are replaced by utilizing the self-compaction concrete, the auxiliary anti-seepage effect is achieved by utilizing thewatertightness of the polyurea coating, and the slurry is prevented from running away when the self-compaction concrete is poured by utilizing the geotechnical cloth. The rockfill dam has the advantages of simple shape, high construction speed and convenience in construction and late maintenance, and the section division of the dam body is optimized.
本发明公开了一种简化施工分区的堆石坝,从坝体的上游到下游分区依次为聚脲涂层、自密实混凝土、土工布、主堆石区、次堆石区,自密实混凝土与主堆石区之间设置防止浇筑自密实混凝土时浆液流失的土工布,自密实混凝土上游临水面喷涂起到辅助防渗作用的聚脲涂层,自密实混凝土与趾板之间设置铜片止水,在自密实混凝土与防浪墙之间设置铜片止水。利用自密实混凝土取代传统的防渗面板、垫层区和过渡区,利用聚脲涂层的不透水性起到辅助防渗作用,利用土工布防止浇筑自密实混凝土时浆液流失。体型简单,优化了坝体断面分区,施工速度较快,施工与后期检修方便。
