Anti-silting structure of flashboard
The invention discloses an anti-silting structure of a flashboard, and relates to a structure used in a gate. A steel plate body is arranged in a flashboard component, and a special-shaped anti-silting body is fixedly welded to the end face of the bottom of the steel plate body; the special-shaped anti-silting body is structurally shaped like any one of a saddle-shaped plate, a V-shaped plate, anarch-shaped plate, a wedge-shaped plate and a semicircular plate, and the special-shaped structure at the bottom of the flashboard can reduce the contact area compared with a plane structure when theflashboard is closed, so that the flashboard is more convenient to completely close, and the problem of water leakage of the gate due to the fact that the complete close of the flashboard is affecteddue to the fact that silt deposits at the bottom of the gate, especially when much silt deposits at the bottom of a water gate can be avoided. A first reinforcer and a second reinforcer are welded with the steel plate body to form a whole, so that the lateral bearing capacity of the steel plate body can be improved, and guide rollers can play an auxiliary role; and the friction force between the flashboard and the concrete fence is reduced.
本发明公开了一种板闸的抗淤积结构,涉及一种闸门中使用的结构,在闸板组件中设置有钢板体,在钢板体的底部端面固定焊接设置有异形抗淤积体,该异形抗淤积体的结构形状为马鞍型板、V型板、拱形板、楔形板以及半圆型板中的任意一种,闸板底部的异形结构,能够在闸板闭合时,相比平面结构减小接触面积,更便于闸板完全闭合,进而避免了因在板闸使用过程中,泥沙会在闸门底部产生淤积,特别是在闸口底部淤积较多时,会影响闸板的完全闭合,导致闸门漏水的问题,第一加强件和第二加强件与钢板体通过焊接方式形成一个整体,从而可以提高钢板体的侧向承载力,导向滚轮,可以起到辅助作用,减少闸板与混凝土围挡之间的摩擦力。
