The invention provides a pile foundation sediment cleaning device and method. The pile foundation sediment cleaning device comprises a high-pressure jet grouting pile foundation device, a gas-liftingreverse circulation device and an air compressor. A high-pressure jet grouting pile machine performs continuous punching by the aid of high-pressure gas to separate mud from sediment, and relatively small particles of the sediment are returned through holes; then holes are cleaned through gas-lifting reverse circulation, gas-lifting reverse circulation means that compressed air is supplied into aduct via an air pipe to form a negative-pressure area, relatively-thick particles of the sediment are returned through a pouring duct, and a circulation system is formed. According to the device, thesediment is dispersed by the aid of the impact force produced by the high-pressure gas, the ideal effect can be achieved in the short time, the mud can be separated from the sediment, the working efficiency can be substantially improved, the construction quality can be guaranteed, the construction cost can be saved, and the construction operation surface can be accurate, so that other soil bodiesare not disturbed, the hole collapse probability is reduced, the hole forming construction scientificity and reasonability are guaranteed, and the disturbance to the nearby pile foundation soil body is considered as much as possible.
