The invention provides a construction method and structure of a drainage ditch free of secondary slope finding. The construction method comprises the steps: positioning screws are fixed above a cushion layer or a base layer at equal distances along the two sides of the drainage ditch firstly; then a ditch bottom longitudinal slope of the drainage ditch is put according to the drawing requirement,and sloping lines are marked on the positioning screws on the two sides of the drainage ditch; then a reinforcing plate of the drainage ditch is fixed, and the height of the reinforcing plate is vertically adjusted through threads and nuts on the positioning screws; after laying of the whole section of reinforcing plate is completed, a U-shaped steel plate is fixed above the whole section of reinforcing plate, and after being firmly fixed, the U-shaped steel plate is subjected to longitudinal slope retest according to the longitudinal slope elevation; then galvanized angle steel of an upper cover plate of the drainage ditch is mounted on the upper threads of the positioning screws; and finally on the promise of meeting the requirement for longitudinal slope retest of the drainage ditch, bottom plate concrete pouring and side face concrete pouring of the drainage ditch are conducted. The construction efficiency of the drainage ditch is improved, the common problems that longitudinal slope leveling of the drainage ditch is difficult, and gradient control force is not accurate are solved, the construction quality is reliable, operation is convenient, economic rationality is achieved,and the application range is wide.
一种免二次找坡的排水沟施工方法及结构,先将定位螺杆沿排水沟两侧等间距固定在垫层或者基层上方;然后按照图纸要求对排水沟沟底纵坡进行放坡,放坡线标记在排水沟两侧的定位螺杆上;随后进行排水沟加强板的固定,加强板通过定位螺杆上的套丝及螺母上下调节高度;在整段加强板铺设完成后,在其上方固定U型钢板,固定牢固后,按照纵坡标高对U型钢板进行纵坡复测;随后进行排水沟上部盖板镀锌角钢安装,在定位螺杆上部套丝处最后在排水沟纵坡复测满足要求的前提下,进行排水沟底板混凝土浇筑及侧面混凝土的浇筑,本发明提高了排水沟的施工效率,解决了排水沟纵坡找平难且坡度控制力不到位的通病,施工质量可靠、操作方便,又经济合理而且适用范围广。
