In the application of the sealing device, the sealing device can be in the closed state automatically when no water inflows, so that mosquitoes, flies, odor and the like are prevented from entering a room and the environment around the upper end of the drain opening; the sealing device can be opened automatically when the water inflows, and it is ensured that waste water, sewage, rainwater and the like on the ground inflow; and under the extreme condition, the sealing device can be opened automatically in case of sewer piping erosion, so that water circulation, and health and hygiene of family and people passing around the movable cover are ensured.
