The invention discloses a building curtain wall unit plate and a construction method thereof. The building curtain wall unit plate comprises a framework supporting layer, a noise reduction layer, a temperature adjusting structure and a protective layer which are sequentially connected, wherein the framework supporting layer is an aluminum alloy structure framework; the noise reduction layer comprises a refractory layer and a double-layer vacuum glass panel which are connected through sealant from inside to outside; the temperature adjusting structure comprises two groups of lifting frames anda plurality of groups of linked foldable louver blades; each group of lifting frames comprises two lifting rods which are oppositely distributed in an axisymmetric mode and are provided with comb-tooth shaped bulged shafts, the bottom end of one lifting rod can be spliced to the top end of the other lifting rod; ends, in the length direction, of the louver blades are rotatably connected to one group of lifting rods, and the other ends of the louver blades are rotatably connected to the other group of lifting rods; and positive and negative absorbancy of the louver blades is different. The building curtain wall unit plate can greatly reduce noise transmission; and the refractory layers can be arranged to prevent explosion of glass during ignition, so that the building curtain wall unit plate has the advantages of being good in heat-insulating and temperature-adjusting effect, strong in fire resistance, excellent in noise reduction effect, high in safety index, and the like.
