The ceiling plate installation structure comprises multiple ceiling plates which are connected end to end and flatly laid below a ceiling, the laid ceiling plates are fixed to corresponding wall bodies through integrated curtain boxes or ceiling corner closing-up parts, a keel is sandwiched between butt joint gaps of every two adjacent ceiling plates, the keels are lifted on the ceiling, the lower end portions of the keels extend outwards along the ceiling plates on the two sides correspondingly to form horizontal supporting plates, pressing plates which can slide vertically are arranged at the positions, above the ceiling plates, of the corresponding keels in a transverse penetrating manner, and the two ends of the pressing plates extend out of the keels to elastically press the ceiling plates to the horizontal supporting plates.
