Steel pipe-reconsolidated bamboo composite structural part and production method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a steel pipe-reconsolidated bamboo composite structural part and a production method thereof. The structural part part comprises a protective part and a reconsolidated bamboo part; a closed containing section is arranged in the protective part; and the reconsolidated bamboo part is arranged in the containing section. The production method comprises the following steps that bamboo pretreatment is conducted, specifically, bamboo is prepared into a semi-finished bamboo filament bundle; bamboo filament bundle placement is conducted, specifically, the bamboo filament bundle is placed in a protective pipe with at least one open side; colloid applying and compressing are conducted, specifically, colloid is applied to the placement position of the bamboo filament bundle, the mixture of the bamboo filament bundle and the colloid are compressed and formed, and an opening for placing the bamboo filament bundle is closed; curing is conducted, specifically, the mixture of the bamboo filament bundle and the colloid is cured; and forming is conducted, specifically, the residual opening face of the protective pipe is closedto form the finished composite structural part. According to the structural part and the method, the reconsolidated bamboo can be effectively prevented from making contact with air, materials in thecomposite structural part are compactly matched, and the wet operation and pollution cannot be brought to a construction site through the production method of the reconsolidated bamboo.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种钢管‑重组竹复合结构件及其生产方法,包含有:防护件,其内部设置有密闭的容置区间;重组竹部,设置于所述容置区间内,按如下方法制作竹材预处理:将竹材制备成半成品的竹丝束;竹丝束放置:将所述竹丝束放置于至少一面开口的防护管件的内部;施胶压缩:在所述竹丝束的放置处施加胶质物,再将所述竹丝束和所述胶质物的混合物压缩成形,并将用于放置所述竹丝束的所述开口闭合;固化:待所述竹丝束和所述胶质物的混合物固化;成型:将所述防护管材的剩余开口面闭合形成成品的复合结构件。本发明能有效防止重组竹与空气接触,复合结构件内的材料配合紧实,其制作方式不会给施工现场带来湿作业和污染。
