Method for preparing heat-insulating hollow roof tile by using basalt composite staple fiber
The invention discloses a heat-insulating hollow roof tile. The invention further discloses a method for preparing the heat-insulating hollow roof tile by using the basalt composite staple fiber. Themethod comprises the following steps of mixing the basalt staple fiber and a plant fiber evenly, and calcinating under the protection of nitrogen to obtain a pretreated fiber; dispersing the pretreated fiber and polyvinyl alcohol in water, adjusting the temperature, adjusting the pH value of a system to be 10 to 11, adding hydrogen peroxide and continuing to stir, adding gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, continuing to stir, heating up, adding polyvinyl chloride and stirring, filtering, washing, drying, and crushing to obtain the basalt composite staple fiber; mixing polyvinyl chloride andpolyurethane, stirring evenly at 90 to 120 DEG C, adding the basalt composite staple fiber, a reinforcing agent, a plasticizer, and a coloring agent and continuing to stir for 5 to 15 minutes to obtain a mixture; and feeding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion, and feeding an extruded material into a mold for forming, demolding and then cooling and forming to obtain the heat-insulating hollow roof tile.
