The building method comprises the following steps of firstly, prefabrication of a prefabricated part; secondly, cooperative construction of the part and steel reinforcing ribs; thirdly, pouring of concrete; and fourthly, outer wall laying. Construction of the part and the steel reinforcing ribs comprisesthe following steps that firstly, single bodies of a main structure plate are connected, and steel reinforcing rib penetrating and inserting reserved through holes between the upper and lower singlebodies of the main structure plate are in corresponding communication; and secondly, the main structure plate is combined through inserting of the steel reinforcing rib penetrating and inserting reserved through holes and ribbed steel reinforcing ribs while the single bodies of the main structure plate are in lap joint. According to the parapet building method capable of shortening the construction period, through the prefabricated part, direct assembling is carried out, the time cost of building and constructing of a parapet can be reduced, manpower and material resources are reduced, meanwhile, laying of an outer wall is facilitated, and it is ensured that rapid machining is carried out in the short period.
