The invention provides overturning gripper wall-attached jacking equipment and a jacking method thereof. The equipment comprises a guide column, two wall-attached boxes, a jacking oil cylinder and a plurality of wall gripping structures, wherein a guide groove and a guide hole are formed in the guide column and are consistent in orientation, and a partition plate is formed between the guide hole and the guide groove; the wall-attached boxes are accommodated in the guide hole and arranged in the guide groove in a sliding mode correspondingly and are mounted on a wall detachably, a plurality oflock holes are formed in the wall, and through holes are formed in the wall-attached boxes correspondingly; the jacking oil cylinder penetrates through the partition plate and is connected to the twowall-attached boxes; and each of the multiple wall gripping structures comprises a wall buckling component and a lock assembly used for locking the wall buckling component, wherein the middle of the wall buckling component is mounted in the corresponding wall-attached box in an overturning mode, the wall buckling component is provided with a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, the first end of the wall buckling component penetrates through the corresponding through hole, stretches into the corresponding lock hole and presses and abuts against the side wall of the lower portion of the lock hole after the second end of the wall buckling component overturns upwards, and the lock assembly is mounted in the corresponding wall-attached box. According to the overturning gripperwall-attached jacking equipment and the jacking method thereof, the problem that a traditional scaffold support construction platform fails to be erected for a super high-rise building is sovled.
